Triple Motion
The Triple Motion is our most comprehensive three-shaft agitator, providing everything you need in a single unit: sweep, counter-rotating, and high-shear mixing, all seamlessly mounted on the same center bridge. Building on the foundation of our Twin Action system, this model introduces a third mixing shaft to deliver ultimate versatility. Depending on your mixing requirements, the system can be configured as a three-shafts-in-one concentric design or arranged side-by-side.
This versatile system provides three independent mixing shafts, anchored by a wide sweep scraper on the centerline of the kettle. The additional shafts are mounted offset to the center shaft on the exact same bridge and centerline. For maximum process customization, the outer two shafts can be mixed or matched with flight bars, high-shear heads, props, or any specific combination your product requires.
