Standard Add‑Ons

We offer various options to enhance the functionality of our agitators:

• Flight bars can be added to any agitator to improve product movement in the kettle.
• Tilt-out or lift-out agitators allow for easy removal from the kettle.
• Baffles can be added to single or twin-action agitators to assist in the flow in the kettle and contact with the agitator.
• Incline agitators provide several advantages, including gentle lifting and folding of delicate products or products with a high solid content.
• Variable frequency drives let the operator control the direction and speed of the shafts.
• Quick-disconnect shaft couplings allow the user to quickly disconnect the shaft(s) from the gearmotors without removing the bridge or gearmotors.
• Lids, available either hinged or lift-off, keep the heat and product in the kettle and debris out.
• Stainless steel gearmotors, motors, and gearboxes eliminate the need to maintain the finish of painted gearboxes and motors and enhance the overall appearance.
