Wide Sweep Scraper Agitation System
This complete, ready-to-use system consists of a one-piece, formed stainless steel “U” channel bridge, a stainless steel wide sweep agitator frame featuring quick-removal nylon scraper blades, and a heavy-duty inline helical gearmotor. To ensure product purity, a shaft dam and drip collar are included to prevent unwanted particles from entering the kettle through the shaft opening. All metal components feature a sanitary brush-finish stainless steel, while the scraper blades, blade holders, and shaft collar are constructed from durable, sanitary nylon or UHMW.
